VFA Air Filtration - Particle Filtration

The Virus Free Air (VFA) technologies combine a high capture efficiency (typically 99% or higher) and low energy consumption without any negative side effects.

Under air filtration in this section, VFA addresses particle filtration, including dust particles, aerosols and airborne pathogens and infectious diseases.

Virus Free Air stands for clean and safe air. The name Virus Free Air illustrates the capability and effectivity of the VFA technologies to filter the air from all airborne particles even those as small as viruses and nano-particles.

VFA is an expert of diverse technologies for air filtration, yet VFA focuses on developing own unique technologies and techniques for air filtration, offering highly effective, yet non-traditional filtration methods, technologies and devices.

The VFA particle filtration technologies are mainly focused on ionisation and electrostatic precipitation. In some designs, electrostatic precipitation is combined with mechanical filtration, yet while using special highly open filters, resulting in high filtration efficiency and low energy consumption.
